3. Purpose of the site

This site offers a support and guidance service for the reactivation of Google Business Profile listings (formerly Google My Business) suspended or blocked.

  • Audit and diagnosis of the cause of suspension
  • Preparation of the reinstatement file (legal and visual evidence)
  • Submitting the application via Google's official forms
  • Followed up to Google's final response

4. Independence from Google

This service is entirely independent of Google LLC. No partnership, contract or official endorsement exists between Benatia Marketing and Google.
The trademarks «Google», «Google Maps» and «Google Business Profile» belong to Google LLC and are cited for descriptive purposes only.

5. Responsibility

Benatia Marketing acts as technical and administrative support provider. The company is committed to analyzing, correcting and presenting reactivation requests in accordance with Google's public rules.

No guarantee of results can be given: the The final decision rests solely with Google.. A risk of refusal or non-reactivation remains possible, regardless of the quality of the submitted file.

The company nevertheless commits to:

  • Treat each case individually and confidentially.
  • Gather the necessary evidence in accordance with official instructions.
  • Follow up on the case until you receive an official response.

Benatia Marketing cannot be held responsible:

  • Due to a refusal or delay in processing by Google
  • From a subsequent suspension after reactivation
  • A loss of visibility, reviews, or data related to Google's decisions

6. Financial conditions

The fee for the restoration service is Fixed price: €250 including VAT.
This price includes the audit, file preparation, submission and follow-up.
Payment is required before the case is processed.
No refund can be demanded after the file has been opened, except in the case of a clear failure to perform the service.

7. Protection of personal data (GDPR)

The information collected (name, email, telephone, supporting documents, etc.) is used solely for processing the file and invoicing.

  • The data is not never resold or shared to third parties outside of Google's procedures.
  • They are stored temporarily on secure servers.
  • They are deleted within 60 days after the case has been closed.

8. Security and confidentiality

The files submitted (Kbis, invoices, photos, etc.) are used solely to justify the legitimacy of your business to Google.
They are temporarily hosted via the secure services of Tally, Stripe And o2switch during the course of the procedure.

9. Secure payment

Payments are made via Stripe, a solution compliant with international standards PCI DSS. Benatia Marketing does not store any banking data.

10. Applicable Law

These legal notices are governed by the French law. Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the district where Benatia Marketing's headquarters are located.
